| Description | Hi Mr. Jacky Chiang, SKB asked us to check volume level for each step. It should be linear. I attached what we measured. Our measurement process is as follows. We use LKFS test equipment. 1. Set Audio volume level(normally volume up once) 2. Measure Volume Level for 3 minutes. 3. go step 1. We measured 2 channels that audio type is AAC and AC-3. I've heard that manufacturer and Soc check the volume table of their STB, and ajust the volume table. I would like to ask below. - Is there any improvement on volume table ? - Please check why AC3 volume step 1 has no audio. | ||||

Hi Mr. Dixon Chen, 1. SW V15.502.12 2. It is a PC Type. It uses Windows OS. In front of PC, there is "NEXTLab" logo and "KRAFT" logo. I cannot exact model name in this equipment, 3. This equipment is provided by SKB. |

Hi Mr. Yoon, I will use APx585 to measure and fine tune the audio volume level this Thursday. Can you help to provide test files for AAC and AC-3 ? |

HI Dixon Chen I've heard that there is no need to check AAC and AC-3 seperately from Mr. Jacky Chiang. Mr. Jacky Chiang said to me that it will be tested PCM. If you provide test result of PCM, then I will check with SKB. |

Hi River, Please let me know the version of SW that you tested. If you adjust volume level during you test and it is the result of your adjustment, then please let me know when it will be applied to official SW. |

Hi Yoon, The test result is based on our adjustment, so it does not have SW version. We will include this adjustment in next firmware release V15.502.16. |

Hi River I think that it is too small volume in low step. Could you change it from -62dB ~ 0dB to -31dB ~ 0dB ? |

Dear Mr. Dixon Chen, I checked shortly on volume level. Volume is higher than before. But BT volume level is too high. I think previous BT volume level is more suitable than current one. Can you adjust seperately Volume level for BT, WiFi and HDMI output ? |

Hi Mr. Yoon, I will separate the volume level of BT headset and HDMI output. The next FW release will include this adjustment. |
